Scope and Contents The collection contains rough drafts of some of the volumes, dated November and December 1955, undated volumes which are most likely drafts from late 1955, and copies of the final version, submitted April 1956. While there are duplicates of most volumes, there is no copy of the Management Phase: Statistics volume, as a rough draft or the final version.
